Reading the codes, testing the parts, matching the right part to the model number and checking the result with a full cycle are the steps that decide whether an appliance keeps working. That means testing before replacing, writing the plan in plain words, telling you early when something changes and giving honest advice about repair or replacement.

We start with your appliance, not a sales script. A new home, a busy family and a rental property need different answers, and our advice is about what suits your appliance, your home and your budget, including not repairing when that is the right answer.

How we work

Every job starts with a conversation and a diagnosis. We ask about the symptoms, inspect the appliance, read codes and test the parts. You receive a written plan that lists the parts, the work and the cost, so you can approve it or compare it with any other bid. After the repair we run a full test and explain what we did. One contact schedules your visit and stays reachable afterward.
